5 stars: Returning policies is totally fuss free but sizes of different brands vary though size lists are same. In gold membership you will get extra benifit if you go on buying LR products within your membership period.You can trust the quality of LR products.

3 stars: The notifications are not coming regularly which is an issue and some of them are not getting cleared at times. Also there is no logout option in this site which is very frustrating. Also I feel that for a particular price range selected the brands and options for men's clothing and tees seem limited
