3 stars: didn't give up found a reprieve, the problem is you have to actually uninstall the old app and then reinstall whatever new app they have and then re login fully with the new system. For some reason my system didn't tell me I needed to install a new app oh, so it got stuck in some kind of loop with the old app. Everything is working fine now after I figured out the problem.
5 stars: Ever since Facebook login was removed, I'm forced to logout everytime I login with the email. I'm able to login with email code but it's always forcing me to logout after I logged in. I have about $40+ in my balance and I'm not able to even use it now. Please fix this ASAP! Thank you! Update: they managed to fix it for me and I'm happy with it! Thanks!
3 stars: Pros: Visually appealing, lots of drink options, rewards (every seven orders, you get a free coffee and donut), ease of picking up and skipping the line. Cons: Doesnt have option to buy breakfast sandwiches (not all items are on the online menu), the add-ons lists could be better laid out.
