5 stars: Handy app to track down the progress of the train as a passenger. This aspect deserves 5stars. However, I feel that an additional feature for reporting the difficulties faced, by Senior pax travelling alone, on board the train especially in case of delay in reaching the destination, on schedule, to proceed further to their final destination, would certainly be helpful.
3 stars: Simple to use and excellent app to identify locations when you are inside the train. Since it uses cell towers, it is able to show locations / stations correctly. Also, you can easily share the IRCTC message to load PNR. However, one area I think it is lacking compared to ixigo is PNR status updating. 1) it does not update PNR on it's own like in ixigo app and 2) when you want the PNR status, it has to take you to the railway app.
4 stars: Great App👍 We all know that local suburban trains don't run on time. This app helps me track trains real-time. It also tells me about the fair. It depends on passenger; if no passenger with his device location 'on', is using this App; this app will not work. It depends on it users. Kudos to the developers of this app.
5 stars: It's a very helpful app. I think everyone is using this app. It save us time before if we were to go anywhere we reached the station one hour before bcoz we didn't know exact time for coming train but now we can know the fix time when will train come and now we go to the station at time. So in my opinion its a good and won...
