4 stars: Could you, please, fix delayed push notifications problem in Hik-Connect and EZVIZ? The problem exists since Android 8. Push notifications of Dahua and Xiaomi apps, for example, come without a delay. Tested on Google Pixel phones with the latest stock Android version. Thank you!
3 stars: Good app could be great, seems to be buggy, selected area notifications does not work at all, many changes made will not take effect unless you completely close the app and re start it. Needs a bit more work.
3 stars: I use it to monitor my Hikvision camera with a hik-connect account (it works). In my opinion this app is simpler and much better than hik-connect, the only downside is that it's not possible to speed up the playback like on hik-connect. Please add this option.
5 stars: When it worked it was great. Phone updated and lost push notifications. And help is no help getting it back. S10e user on Verizon. Figured it out... but not without much frustration. Make sure the app is working in the background.
4 stars: My camera is offline, my account apparently removed, no chance to retrieve my password as email not recognised anymore. You should really invest in a DBA to manage your DB... Update - in the past 6 months it worked perfectly. Revised my score from 2 to 4 stars
