5 stars: Maps is very reliable. I would say about 99% of the time it is spot-on. However if there's poor coverage it'd make sure you driving in the middle of a field. My wife and I were in Box Springs, Georgia(Yes that's a real place) the road we were on turn to the right and map showed us going straight where there was nothing but Woods and a field. Other than that Maps has been absolutely accurate.
3 stars: This thing is a pain. It's biggest disappointment is that there no compass point for those of us directionally challenged, and no way to turn it on. When exploring, it keeps going back to where you are as opposed to leaving the map selected of where you want to be, so finding a future place to go becomes difficult. I don't think the developers are forced to use this in unfamiliar cuties ever.
5 stars: Accurate mass transit schedules and trip planning, saving and rating locations. Places can be grouped into categories. You can even get a notification when you are near a saved location. Satellite and street views, so I can virtually walk through to see what a neighborhood actually looks like. Easily my favorite feature. Still the best map \u0026 navigation app on any platform (MacOS, PC, iOS, or Android).
