You have FOCUS(where you could set a timer for how long you want to focus while having white noise in the background), SLEEP( for alarm and sleep sounds), RELAX and finally BREATHE( which I found the best of all. Really helped me with my anxiety and pain). Plus, you could read an inspirational quote everyday. I give this app 5 stars!!
