5 stars: Maybe you can add chat for customer to driver..driver to customer on delivery time... because not all area of delivery have signal for communication but still they have wifi
3 stars: Remove time gap after taking the client booking(its hard to get more booking on same client at a time) and also after picking up the items from sender (some recievers location takes less than 5minutes from senders location) Cashout function add some status if our cashout is success/failed/pending and 7 days is too long to us to get our money.
4 stars: app FAQ is not working. also it would be great to send messages directly from the app to sender and recipient rather than calling
