5 stars: The blue cross office is downtown, this app saves me so much time instead of showing up with my papers in hand. Such a time saver. And whoever built the app is very good at keeping it simple and most importantly, without any crashes, errors, issues. Thank you!
5 stars: Great for submitting your receipts, take a photo through the app and send. It couldn't be easier.
3 stars: Very slow app. Difficulty in finding health professionals. First time i submitted a claim it didn't Register and could not find it in archives.
3 stars: It works but it's frustrating. When uploading images it only likes pictures or screen shots so when you download a receipt you have top take a screenshot of it. The app also buries your claims into chronological order, not enough divisions for health care benefits (ie: vision, psychology, etc.).
4 stars: Great app. User friendly. Easy to upload and submit benefits however they have to be saved as an image in order to upload the document/receipt. Also, many practitioners do not direct bill to Blue Cross International so you have to pay upfront and then use this app to submit your receipt for reimbursement.
4 stars: Great app until I didn't get reimbursed and don't know why. I forgot about my claim and it's been almost 2 months with no explanation. So I went through all my emails today in case I had missed one from Blue Cross but not the case. Let's see what happens with this new one.
