5 stars: Easy to use, i live in an apartment building and i can see if the charger is available before i go downstairs. The app tells me when my charge is done. One request: the app should lock you out for a specific period of time if you leave your car plugged in to a community charger and you're not charging! 🤣🙄
5 stars: Easy to use app. I was able to set up account via my phone and charge at a free location without having to put in my credit card info via phone. (A security risk I avoid.) I needed help to get the charging plug free. Help Line was quick \u0026 effective.
5 stars: I use Chargepoint chargers more than any other system, so this is a great app for finding open chargers. If I don't have my card, it allows me to initiate charging in the app. Remote charge monitoring is also a great feature.
4 stars: Great app but Id love a way to tap a card and get a push notification when a station is free to use (such as within a shared parking garage).
5 stars: So far, so good. Very convenient to initiate the start and stop process via the app and awesome for tracking purposes, power consumption and costs
