3 stars: Monster is an OK app, it has been around for a very long time. the overall UI is not as user friendly as its competitors nor is saving import things like multiple cover letters all that easy, though it appears like it is or should. infind the response rate lower than others as well, not sure why that is. You'll find that jobs on Monster are also posted on multiple other boards as well, they all seem to feed off of each other.
5 stars: It's like a dating app but for finding jobs. Hit 'Pass' for the ones you don't like and 'Apply' for the ones you do.
5 stars: So far so good. Easy to use UI which adds a seamless dependability regardless of how many times I change my mind and go back and forth with indecision. Have already applied to a few diferrent jobs and so will post another rating after I have time to see the entire process.
3 stars: East to navigate it's true, swipe left, swipe right? A little like a dating app I won't name, but which I am greatful I have never had the need to use. Still if it lands me a job or at any rate an interview, then I might well be back to upgrade my score
3 stars: The job listing is decent but the presentation feels a bit cloudy. Sharpening and updating the interface would be a good move, and swiping, while fun, shouldn't be the main method of job search.
