5 stars: I used to live close to my yoga studio, but after moving away, I found myself going less and less. Down Dog's experience actually rivals the irl studio -- the only thing missing is a big floor to ceiling mirror to watch your form in. Honestly, the free version is such a steal, and premium is still over 100 dollars cheaper than I used to pay per month!
5 stars: Just finished day 3 of the intro series. It was great. For a 6'4'' guy who weighs 320lbs, I found it quite difficult, but the video along with the auditory instructions made it quite easy to figure out what to do, even if I am too out of shape to fully replicate positions. Each day though, its got me gently sweating, so I'm really hoping that in a few months, I will be able to see notible progress.
5 stars: Just rebooted my practice with this app. Loving it so far. You only get a few free sessions before you have to sign up for a subscription, but the rates are very fair, especially when you consider the price of attending a live yoga class. What you would spend in a week will get you a year's subscription to the app. The videos are very customizable and should fit every level of experience. Grateful.
