3 stars: spams notifications. The app is being used for emergency notications. There are perhaps 3 people out of the 100+ in the group that have something of value to say. But every 10 minutes the app says someone said something making the notifications useless. I can either be spammed or turn all notifications off. It desperately needs a default notification setting with the ability to override the setting on a per person basis.
5 stars: have been using this for a few months now with a volunteer ambulance service. Absolutely meets our needs for schedule sharing and team engagement. The message feature let's me get important service information out to everyone easily and having the schedule available to all crew members at all times has been very helpful without wasting a bunch of time and paper.
3 stars: mostly reliable, but it is a work chat. I constantly have groups randomly disappear on me for extended periods of time and then reappear, pictures dont load at times, it could use some bug fixes.
4 stars: Easy to use platform, and communication. Only minor issue is that my place of employment doesnt send schedules through the app.
4 stars: when i need to call a coworker, the buttons to answer doesn't work. other than that, its ok....i guess
