3 stars: When I switched to spectrum I was excited to use the app. It had more options than my previous provider. However, if using network away from my home's wifi (which is the only time I would want to use it because otherwise I would just watch my TV), this app uses soooooo much data. Like more than 1 GB per hour! luckily I have unlimited but I still with use this sparingly.
4 stars: I've previously enjoyed using this app. I just upgraded to a new cable box with dvr and was told I could manage it as well on my Android. But, there is no option available to select DVR! I reinstalled the app, still nothing! Then, after all this, Spectrum told me that DVR remote control isn't available on my phone. I don't understand because my daughter has the same phone and she can control her DVR with her phone.
3 stars: i wish this app worked. I'm constantly getting errors - play errors, connected to unknown wifi (we have Spectrum wifi???), channel temporarily unavailable, And it always cuts off at the best part of the show!?! Come on Spectrum! You have monopolized the cable tv industry so please give me a break and fix this app! We pay enough every month for phone, cable and wifi.
3 stars: Doesn't let me go into fullscreen mode. (Galaxy S9) Anytime I tap the button to go into fullscreen it goes right back to small mode less than a second later. it only works if i keep the phone flat on a surface. so no tilting or laying down and watvhing.
