3 stars: I do like the workout plans and am very much enjoying the music playlist..the classical one anyway. The meal plan needs to step up its game though and I would oblige 5 stars. The meal plan should allow you to choose foods, for example, I'm not going to make anything with shrimp, or certain ingredients. Would also like to choose more consistent meals rather than all of these more time consuming meals.
4 stars: I love the playlists, and this app actually makes running fun. Unfortunately it's been freezing lately when I try to change my music selection. Anything you guys can do about this?
3 stars: i like the running program but the nutrition plan is useless without being able to modify or customize. What about people with allergies?! Also the verbal commands during the run are so quiet I missed a few.
5 stars: I LOVE this app. It helped me run my first 10k when I couldnt even run 1/2 a mile without getting winded. Now that it's no longer free, I cant get the voice commands to work. Does anyone have any solutions?
