5 stars: This app has saved me so many times when trying to find parking in the most hard-to-park areas of my city.
3 stars: There seems to be a disconnect from the app and web. When updating vehicles and license plates on the web for reservations, it doesn't seem to reflect the same on the app, and vice versa. Also, changing vehicles via app does not seem to work, please fix.

3 stars: nice very helpful. Pros on july 19, 2019 i found a very convenient garage in a normally a fairly expensive area (near Union Square in downtown SFO) at very reasonable rates. If it wasnt for Spot Hero I wud hv ended paying very high parking rates. Tk u Con the driving direction map that is integrated into Spot Hero was not effective as it did not provide driving directions verbally. I had to open up and use Google map.
5 stars: I was nervous to use this app after seeing the reviews but am so glad I took a chance. Using this app saved me time and money. Finding a parking spot near Times Square NYC during a holiday isnt easy. The app not only assured me a spot closest to my hotel but also saved me about $30 per day! Thank you Spot Hero! Wish I'd known about you sooner
5 stars: This app is great! It has plenty of parking options in most dense city areas. The instructions for each parking lot varies, but the app does a good job of explaining it. And the prices often beat what the parking lot would charge ...
