3 stars: Please add a notification feature in the app to alert users when delivery status changes / completes, since an alert email could sometimes get delayed at an SMTP server. An app notification would be much faster.
3 stars: does not work properly. will track a package when you type in the tracking number but does not give detailed information even when i type in the correct postal code. website works when i do this but not the app.
5 stars: Great app to label your shipment even before Purolator handels it or catch status of a shipment to contact Purolator by e-mail or telephone when you have missed delivery or have changes that require customer support.
