5 stars: I've used Shaw's service on my iPad and Samsung Note 4 without issues, for nearly 2 years now. So long as you have unlimited, then you're good to go. I've had it playing movies, live sports, weather, etc. I'm very happy with this. Thanks Shaw.
3 stars: Works great on the smart phone, but the app will not download to laptop. We have two phones with freerange tv on them, wont allow a third app for laptop.
4 stars: does not work as well as it should using LTE. it would be nice to get a low resolution choice.

3 stars: WIFI streaming no longer works. Only works when using cell network data.

4 stars: update: customer service worked on my problem of WiFi compatibility and now it's working fine. If you are having issues it's worth communicating with them because they are listening. (which is rare nowadays) original review: Very frustating app when you think you will watch something and it doesn't work , which seems like a lot lately.
