5 stars: I find the UX to be wonderful, and the product to also be quite good. I've never had any trouble whatsoever with any of the complaints I've seen other reviewers mention.
4 stars: While a great experience overall, the available restaurants are extremely clustered. After a recent office move (literally just a five minute walk from our laat office) the service is suddenly WAY less valuable to me and I probably won't renew. If stuff is nearby you, get this app. If you're hoping they'll partner with more restaurants in your area, maybe wait.
3 stars: Service is still good for New York. The May update to map and selection experience was a step down. Yes, it looks sleek but as others are commenting, selection is much harder. The detail box obscures much of the map, it mandates a fixed start selection radius and doesn't remember any changes to that \u003d more actions to get to the selection I want to see. Extra steps to view when your cycle ends too.
4 stars: The app feels a bit rough, almost like using a web browser at times but it does the job. The underlying concept and execution of the services works well and there seems to be good uptake, however some of the vendors don't seem to quite understand how it should work. For example, one vendor had run out of the meal and others don't have it ready.
