4 stars: Absolutely love the app but can I ask that any Irish station that is in the Republic of Ireland actually be listed as in the Republic (IE) and not part of Great Britain (GB) - we are our own country, it would be like putting DE right next to all of France's stations.
5 stars: Fantastic app! The bookings are easy to navigate, you get great discounts for early bookings, and collecting the tickets is easy and straightforward, and fast confirmation of tickets bought also. The only thing is the insurance; After buying the insurance I tried to get a refund on my ticket and it was not clear how to do so, which meant I could not get a refund in time :( Besides that, a really good app :)
5 stars: Train times and platforms across Europe all in one app. Amazing live tracker. Ticket less options and access to choose those bargain prices. Please let me book my bicycle as well
5 stars: The Rain line app is very convenience and easy to use. It makes my train journey more easy. But I print it out and take the paper ticket with me as well just in case if my mobile got some problems.
5 stars: Very helpful to see what trains have been cancelled for having a puncture etc. Saved my skin a few times. Never bought a ticket on it tho.
4 stars: It's working well, the only thing I miss from the previous app is the notification I had during my travels, it was useful.
