5 stars: depth journalism, very helpful for learning German.
4 stars: a pit I can't read it all but understandable. New cost money. But the App is 1A and the news too 1A
5 stars: I am British and live in Germany. I find Der Spiegel a great news source apart from Brexit, where they are all brainwashed by Juncker and Co.
5 stars: Simply the best German news app you can get.
4 stars: Loads better than the mobile version on a browser. Unfortunately, photos cannot get saved anymore, and the same applies to sharing. One shares the article, but not a single item as possible in the browser. But I guess that is intended like that. Additionally, the old SPON (without the menu) had a much better menu, whereby one did not have to sift again and again through the ever repeating topics one has read already before.
