5 stars: Found this app extremely helpful recently when it alerted me to serious service disruption well in advance of my journey which allowed me to plan an alternative route, saving me from lots of unnecessary stress and hassle. I've never had any issues with the electronic tickets and find them much more convenient than printing from a machine. Highly recommend this app.
5 stars: I'm amazed with this app. Consider myself challenged when using such things online. And yet this has worked great. It shows me destinations I can reach, trains running at various times, and time duration for travel. I'm hopping around with ease. I even used it today to purchase a ticket with easy.
3 stars: It does what it needs to do. Would be better if you had a 5 minute period to reconsider if youve made a mistake like forgot to book a return rather than a single. And not lose on the refund through the ten pound administration fee.
3 stars: It worked fine for the booking process. The most annoying thing is ADs. Why there are ads on this app? You already make money through the booking/handling fee? It really annoys to see ads in a paid service.
5 stars: Train times and platforms across Europe all in one app. Amazing live tracker. Ticket less options and access to choose those bargain prices. Please let me book my bicycle as well
4 stars: So easy to use. Booked my tickets in a rush and forgot to pick seat's. An alert or option to change booking to choose seats would be ideal....
