5 stars: It is superb....Souq team is very diligent and care about its customers....I just wanted to return a product which had some issue and i was not sure whether they will take it back or not....But to my surprise not only they contacted me but also returned my money...Kudos👍
5 stars: Good... Exactly I agree with its time being delivery... But last time, it hasn't been delivered what I have ordered (picture shown religious Ihram cloth and waist belt and small bag) but only delivered two sets of Ihram cloth.... Souq disappointed me with Waist(white) belt and white Bag....
4 stars: amazing! only reason four 4 not 5 star is that many sellers sell the same product with an unbelievable price increase. there must be some sort of governance in Souq to ensure same products gets sold fairly with little increases if any.
4 stars: Overall it's a good application and it's convenient, but the variety of products is somewhat limited. It would be good to have a bigger selection of items. Also having fees for those who choose 'Cash on Delivery' doesn't make sense. Whether or not a person pays by card or by cash, the item is still delivered to the same address so I fail to see the logic behind charging customers for 'cash on delivery'.
