5 stars: I've been a Lyft rider for nearly 2 yrs and use this app more than 5x per week. I have been very pleased with the results. I seldom have any drama occur and the drivers are friendly and the cars are clean. It beats every other alternative out there
4 stars: I'm taking a lyft to work. I was first paired with a Honda CRV suv 5 minutes away. This was perfect then the app switched to a Hyundai Sonata a mid sized sedan 3 minutes away. This seems unnecessay to me as the difference in arrival time is very little. I'm tall. I'd have acrually prefered the suv and would have gladly waited two minutes longer for it. I've allowed myself plenty of time, so I'm in no hurry.
3 stars: I like this app. I do. I'd much rather use this than Uber. However on multiple occassions I've had to use Uber instead because the ride I set up in advance didn't even have a driver assigned to me by the time I was set to be picked up. The ride I setup last minute through Uber was quicker at getting here than the ride I set up almost prior with Lyft.
