4 stars: good reminders about brushing and interactive guide on where to brush and how long. The problem however is it doesn't properly track what areas I'm actually brushing. It's more of a guide on the app with a brushing timer than a way to see how you brushed. I do like the toothbrush and the app is a big help on brushing.
4 stars: app is great, though it could use some optimizing, since the loading times aren't ideal, but everything else is great.
5 stars: I have had alot of build up on my teeth in the past. Since using sonicare, I can notice a huge difference and so did my dentist when I went in for my 6 month cleaning. This app is super easy to use and helps me not only see my process but also helps me to have the motivation to continue to improve.
4 stars: Has some issues with not detecting the toothbrush (rarely happens) and sometimes it doesn't detect I'm brushing a side even when I am. These problems are very rare and overall the app is very good and the toothbrush is worth it!
3 stars: love the brush! the app however is a little off. it's nice and well designed but in brushing mode it's very inconsistent. seems to randomly skip around my mouth. has me do parts over again while leaving others untouched. and it's inconsistent with sensing where the brush is in my mouth when I attempt to cover unbrushed parts. just got the brush 1 week ago. did latest update out of the box before first use.
