3 stars: non responsibilty combany. i had booked a room in guwahati today (10 may 19). when i come in the booked hotel , they denied me the booking , due to contact end in april 30. i am contact oyo customer care they are not help me about 3 hours. After contact 5 times they are rebook another hotel in payment instead of free rebooking. The mistake was oyo combany timely not inform me. So please avoid and boykot oyo
5 stars: This made bookins easy in one step, too helpful for saving money and time. The check in was smooth and secure. They allotted the room according to my wish and the staff was polite too. The place was beautiful n calm. what else would be needed to rate 5
5 stars: OYO Rooms is a nicely run corporation. They have obtained Indian government permission to allow room reservation for dating, bachelor and unmarried couple's. The OYO app has tracked my service history and granted me OYO Wizard membership.
