5 stars: RuneScape in general is a great game. Now that it has a mobile client, its 'the' best -mobile- game. I've never had an issue with customer service, despite most of it being automated... if the automated CS doesn't help you, then they send your requests to be manually examined by a moderator. I can't imagine the work that goes into ensuring the safety and moderating of millions of accounts. Kudos to you Jagex.
5 stars: The only mobile game in the market that's worth playing. Pretty much majority of mobile games is nothing but a cash grab designed to hook in kids and naive people, appealing for first impressions, but having no longevity, or impact. But this? It's good old Runescape, just as you knew it, except successfully ported to mobile devices, and still one of the best mmorpg's.
5 stars: I've always played Runescape ever since i met another kid playing it at the local library. Played through the ups and downs. I don't ever log into R3 anymore but I'm always on osrs mobile. I'm station overseas so playing my favorite past time on my phone is fantastic, and it hardly uses any phone data! New players are constantly joining the community and the updates aren't microtransaction. I'll continue to play runescape as long as it up.
