5 stars: FWFG has allowed me to practice yoga daily in a rural south Georgia area. It has helped me to develop my mind body and spirit as I have gained responsibility as primary caregiver for my Mom. Thanks for the tunes, Adrienne's voice, and the clear intentional directions. I have grown in yoga because of Adrienne. I would love to meet her and take a live class.
