3 stars: Tried to place an order while out of town for business. Ask you to leave number for text. The called from Illinois and I did not pick up phone. I called right back and they cancelled my order and refused to add the order back. I understand that my addresses did not match but staying in a hotel will typically mean I could not have a cc matching the zip code. Upset with customer service
5 stars: Super easy to use, love that you can use google pay. A minute after I placed an order, I got a call from the restaurant to clarify something in my order, suoer helpful and convenient! Great app! Update - extremely limited list of restaurants; can't find most.
5 stars: This the 2nd time using this app today. It's truly an awesome app. As well as awesome service! Every aspect is simple to use, no quirks or anything. Our food was delivered 7 mins early, piping hot as if it had just been brought to my table. Driver was friendly and courteous! Obviously, I'm using it again. And will use this app for food delivery over ANY other app out there.
5 stars: This was my first time using BeyondMenu Food Delivery. The food we ordered was from a restaurant we would frequently order delivery from using the phone. Everything was as we expected from them -- delicious.
