3 stars: The app is good. A word of caution to users. Never let the driver know the drop location before you board the vehicle. They cancel the ride if they don't like to go, leaving you stranded. Else , everything's good with the app, features, okay kind of pricing. 13 Feb 19 - the ride just vanished from the app, after I refused to disclose the destination. I'm downgrading 2 stars for this bug in application.
3 stars: the quality of servises now need improvement. Now a day actual fare charged and estimated fare shown quite different. showing higher side rate. sone tine they shiwing availability and after some time shown non availability. one night they even not send any vehicle, i gave to compromise with local driver in the late night at BHOPAL airport.
3 stars: Ola add money KYC fails to upload address proof. Total turn off after sending mandatory message to provide KYC documents as per RBI regulations. Does the upload logic of the app work correctly?
