5 stars: service excellent
4 stars: Some features - selecting hotel, offer options are good. But, it is very bad saving data like phone number, nationality. On the internet app it doesn't allow me to delete my old passport, it doesn't save my date of birth, my nationality, passport expiry. You guys can do better.
5 stars: working well. only bugbear is it defaults to One Adult, I did enter 1 adult, 1 kid, and ended up with a double bed. re-checking my booking showed 1 adult only. I thought I made the mistake, but second booking almost the same thing happened. sort it out programmer! I did fall out with Accor before because all my points went missing, but, you can't deny the reasonable prices. App is smoooooooooth!

4 stars: Love the app as I love being a member. The only complaint I have is the app isn't accurate with some of the hotels. I'm currently staying at the Mercure Orange NSW which does participate in the Accor program, but doesnt reflect it on the app
4 stars: Likes: retains bookings. Online check in. Interactive map when seeing choices. Dislikes: sometimes see better (non refundable rates) on web browser. Automatically clears choices when using back button
