4 stars: Useless as I can't connect my Samsung Galaxy S9 to the toothbrush. Keeps rejecting the pairing. Followed instructions on Philips website, but nothing. UPDATE: I figured out how to connect (changing a permission) and it seems to work fine. Using it at night as i don't often have my phone with me.

4 stars: Just got the smart sonicare toothbrush. The app connected to the brush without problems. The update took about five minutes. Most importantly, the smart functions work with older type brush heads developed for non smart diamond clean toothbrushes. So far, my only concern is that the app does not register all brush movements. It registers most though
