5 stars: this app works well. It makes me aware and accountable to my mood changes.
5 stars: Good for tracking your mood
4 stars: When you plug in sleep of today, it deletes that of yesterday.... I would love to have a scheduale of my sleep show with the graphs. Otherwise it does what it needs to. It has 7 instead of 5 moods which allows for subtlety and shows the warning signs.
4 stars: The app is really helpful and grounding, but I don't get the measurement of the sleeping time. It goes automatic, and it sometimes shows me that I have slept 20 hours during the day!
5 stars: After trying most available mood tracking apps and deciding they weren't for me; I found up! Compared to most, its a simple format that doesn't clutter my head as I'm leaving a diary entry. It has been so helpful with keeping myself mindful of my mood shifts. I have yet to try the buddies feature or connect and share the app with my doctor but using it on my own has helped me loads!
5 stars: Super enlightening and easy to use! I love the gentle reminders to track my mood instead of needing to remember to do it all on my own.
3 stars: This looks good so far, but I'd love if it could track more activities! Singing is supposed to be really good for mental health, and I'm in a choir, so I'd love to see if days I sing are also days my mood is better.
