3 stars: app does what its supposed to. but rapidgator seems a bad filelocker service. i was using the free service where around 30% of my downloads get interrupted. so i tried paid subscription and same problem. i dont have this problem with any other downloads, so it's not my pc or Internet line. retry and resume works only if the download was not interrupted too long ago

4 stars: I have paid, received my invoice, yet my account is still FREE and not premium. I have contacted Rapidgator, sent them my Order number, and they have not responded. I will await their response, for now one star, until things have been sorted out. Update: They sorted out my account almost immediately, and their help/support, was clear, update from 1 star to 4 star.
