5 stars: Awesome app. Free texts, free voice calls, free video calls! Easy to use. Can tell if someone has looked at your message. If group chat, tells you how many have not read message. Cute emojis! Video and voice calls sometimes spotty, but mostly great.
3 stars: KakaoTalk representatives, Please improve more on your block function. It would be nice if it can be similar to the block system in Facebook. In FB, once you block someone they cannot see your things nor contact you. However, in Kakaotalk, blocking someone does not save us from having those people look at of photos, and other things

5 stars: KakaoTalk is way better than Line, WhatsApp or FB messenger imo. It has much less or almost no glitch and the updates are always efficient. Never had any issue for the last 6 years and still going strong. It's the best.
