3 stars: When I first opened the all, it was great and working fine. A slight issue \nwas the workout screen did not fit my phone screen. It seemed I could \nscroll to see the rest of the workout but could not. Then after A few days \nof the purchase I could not log in. It took me to back to buy the \nsubscription. So I uninstalled the app and installed again. Hoping the \nproblem would be fixed. It failed to work.

Lyza gives you instructions, weight suggestions based on experience level, alternate workouts if you can do the suggested exercise. Its been an amazing app \u0026 so easy to use. Also, The support from the FB page is wonderful!
