3 stars: Very bad experience. ...cancelled my order without information n refund initiated without my consent.jabong sent me a massage saying that refund has been initiated as per my request. ..i have complained so many times that i don't want the refund...i want the product. .but no one listened. ...horrible experience. .why they r taking orders for d same product when they can't deliver the same to.me Thanks for taking action against my complaint. .
3 stars: I am a 5 yr old customer....earlier ur products and discounts all were good but recently about a year ur product quality has depreciated...am planning to uninstall the app now. I ORDERED an WILLS trouser on diwali 2017 at a great deal later discovered that manufacturing of trouser was of 2015...I returned got refund but ñow many instances where I have been disappointed
3 stars: It is really understood, why we can't change the aize, when everything else is ok & liked it. But there is no provisions to exchange only size. I have to return the first ordered and I have to order same item of different size. Please look into it.
