2 stars: RingCentral apk download - I'm having the same problem a few others have mentioned recently. Black screen on call or message, unable to operate phone without forcing Ring to close. This is due to a recent update, never had this issue before because we were able to drag the black layer out of the way. Please fix asap or my company is cancelling subscription. I'll change rating after I see a fix. Very few other gripes, in general does just what it says it will do.
5 stars: RingCentral apk download - This app is much improved since my original use. RingCentral has come a long way since their early days and now their systems are really good. Excited to see some small tweaks here and there to improve.
2 stars: - For the most part the app works well. Unfortunately listening to voicemails is consistently a problem. When listening to my voicemails in the app the volume is so low I cannot hear the person talking most of the time. I have tried turning the volume up to max on my phone, using headphones connected to my phone with the volume turned up to max and putting the message on speaker phone with the volume turned up to max with no improvement. I have no similar issues with any other apps or calls on my phone outside of the Ring Central app, so I must conclude the problem is with the app itself. Very frustrating to have to go to my PC to listen to my messages!
