3 stars: I'll give this a 3, just because the tickets were sold at more than twice the face value. A big BUT, I'm on my way home from seeing Lorde which was a superb show. They don't really care about the name on the ticket, they just want to get people through the gate no fuss. If you don't mind paying a ridiculous price for a ticket, Viagogo works. I might even consider using it again...

4 stars: I'm from Melbourne, Australia and I have used this site twice to purchase AFL tickets and both times were successful. Yes, I had to pay about $15 more then usual but that's because it was sold out everywhere else. Yes, it has someone else's name on it but it doesn't matter because the tickets still worked. Customer service is horrible and it's very hard to find anyway to contact them but overall I would use again.
4 stars: I didn't use the app to purchase my tickets for KISS at Birmingham UK on Sunday 28th May 2017, I used their website and the service was very simple and easy to use, the tickets downloaded immediately, not tried the app but will do. Ps. The concert was fantastic!!!
