4 stars: - I like this app a lot, it's helped me to lose weight and stay motivated to keep fit. Only cons for me are that it guilt trips you if you miss a couple of days (I was on holiday and not really thinking about exercise) and the only equipment I've been asked if I have is a pull up bar. I was hoping to have a couple of work outs with some hand weights as I have some. Overall a great app and I can't complain as I'm only using the free workouts at the moment!

5 stars: - Très bonne appli en anglais. Temps suffisamment important entre chaque exercice et possibilité de le raccourcir si on le trouve trop long. Résultats à voir à plus long terme mais pour l'instant c'est top!
