2 stars: - I booked a bykea to day @2. O clock from Savour food Gorden College road to my location. App shows me 5.6 kilometers and 105 to 127 charges But when bykea reached at my location he charged Rs 297 and distance showed 15.5 kilometers 😇😠 Bykea told me that u should pay the payment and then call to our support center. They will adjust ur payment I m trying to call on their given numbers but their numbers are not active . 😡😡😡😡 Now whois responsible
5 stars: - Today I booked my first ride on BYKEA from my office at jail road to railway station, fare estimate was Rs 75 to 90. My other options are Daewoo bus cost Rs 20 but you have to wait for at least 30 minutes to over an hour and second option was rickshaw at Rs 150 to 180. Bottomline, it suited me well, will surely use in future. Amazing surprise was free first ride 😊😊😊
