5 stars: Zappos: Shoes, Clothes, & More apk download - The customer service chat feature is awesome! They are so helpful. Only problem is search doesn't work well. It didn't return the same results as the web page so I had to take the SKU from the web version to paste in search...which defeats the purpose of the app.
