4 stars: PicsArt Animator: Gif & Video apk download - Good app, but it can definitely use a better tutorial/some way to tell you what does what. Sadly though I have a issue which can't really be fixed (which is why that doesn't affect my rating) and this app runs stupendously slowly on my NVidia Shield K1 tablet... After all, it's for gaming: not animating. Otherwise it's a great app (as far as I can see from how minimally I used it).
5 stars: PicsArt Animator: Gif & Video apk download - I looked everywhere for a good, easy, and free way to make animated videos and this is the best I could find. But I have a problem which is that when I download or send my animation it loses it's sound. Also, I think it needs a tutorial. Every day I discover new features that if I had known about them before It would have been a lot easier for me.
5 stars: - It's awesome! You don't need Wi-Fi to be on it and I can easily make gif/videos of my OC's for my books on wattpad without a problem! Although I do wish you could add your music to it, that would be SO much better! But besides not being able to add your music to it I love it!
4 stars: - Sorry for being ignorant but, how can i add sounds on my animations? Cause' i only see in the plus button are blank, gallery, paper and emoji me. And what do you mean by creating it in a seperate layer? Haha sorry again haha
5 stars: - Its a great app but when my phone went dead I couldn't find my charger so I tried to look for it on my laptop but it is not on windows. So can you pretty please make a windows version because I don't trust random people saying the link they have will give me the app. But since I like the app imma give this 5 stars
