5 stars: App worked great. Gaylord National harbor is not really big so once you walk around a bit it's easy to find your way. Looking for the Gaylord Opryland Hotel app. Now that's a big place. Get lost every time I go there.
3 stars: Works great, when it works. Crashes often. Sometimes it sates my room number can't be found. Locator never finds me even with Bluetooth on. It did help to find restaurant, shops, and convention center.
3 stars: Crashes often, and Bluetooth beacons haven't been working, but with a little bit of trial and error and some practice, did provide navigation around this stupidly large facility (Gaylord Opryland)
