4 stars: Great app with the web app that works great with it, but support for short codes is really not great. I can't add those phone numbers to my contacts, so I'm stuck with a sometimes unhelpful name and no profile picture.
3 stars: Not the easiest Google app to navigate. It seems to have a mind of it's own! The merge duplicates option can mess up if you have multiple accounts and use nicknames as they all get muddled so your boss gets an email from
2 stars: I've been maintaining my contacts in Google contacts for many years, but today onwards my contacts label name aren't showing only contact number is there. It was really huge effort, under one contacts many mobile numbers and against each giving manual label name. Now is just contact number coming without label name. How I'm I know who is who? Please help in retrieve my label name of my existing contacts.
