4 stars: Love spotify, been using for years. Right now just having a small issue, when i go to play my liked songs it always puts on smart shuffle even when I dont want it. Then if I turn off the smart shuffle and close my phone it either stops playing music entirely or goes right back to smart shuffle. Minor issue but a little bit frusterating when I just want to play my songs in order.
3 stars: I have always enjoyed Spotify in the past. But I'm noticing now that the shuffle feature doesn't really shuffle your music. It selects songs that are in the same area of the playlist as the song you chose so if you scroll down to the bottom to a song you really like at the moment, it will play mostly songs at the bottom of the playlist leading to very repetitive
2 stars: I've downloaded all of my liked songs onto my phone. When I play a song, then select another one on the list, the playback just stops completely and I can't play songs anymore until I restart the app. I've cleared the cache, reinstalled, changed battery restrictions. Nothing work. This has been months now and I pay for premium. This should be a priority. Ridiculous.
