5 stars: This is a very dependable app, full package, everything you're looking for to watch from anime to movies to dramas. Can't ask for more. Immersive and exciting experience, every beautiful story in one app.
3 stars: I've had this game for over a year now and it's great, but I have a issue. One time when I was watching anime it just randomly stopped and it won't continue unless i play another video then go back to my anime. That's the only way it'll work again, but since that accident it happened very frequently and it's super annoying, please fix this because the bug is really irritating
3 stars: Smooth experience at first but few months after it keeps crashing over and over. Always giving app updates but still the performance is low like super duper lag to the point that it wasting my time and sometimes the app will forcely exit maybe due to the app bug. I have no more patience left I think i need to switch other binged-watch apps. (3 star as token of appreciation for launching the app)
2 stars: Making updates are great but for some reason.. your app at the beginning always keep freezing, unable to play directly. As mentioned by other user, it's the same for me and experience it with my 2 phones. For example first 3 seconds it plays but then freezes the display with sounds only. The way to fix it is by replaying or rewind/forward. It happens since last month or previously.
