5 stars: The reason why I come back to Spotify premium is because of their well constructed personalised music suggestions. I've used other music platforms as well. In most of them, when playing a random music, the next in queues always felt repetitive. Spotify understand me and suggest some good new sounds (which I later fall in love with). Keep up the good work team.

3 stars: About to cancel my subscription. The app was better before the smart suggestions came out. I hate this feature. I cannot turn this feature off and I've tried. There is no option in settings and the button that is supposed to turn it off, doesn't. If I skip a song it turns back on automatically. I don't want to hear what spotify thinks I wanna hear - I want my playlists. Extremely annoyed
2 stars: Great music, podcasts & playlists. However, the app is incredibly slow to load (slowest app on my phone and will tell me that I have no internet connection even when its connected just fine) and it seems to be getting worse. Sometimes I have to open and close it 2 or 3 times just for it to load properly. I am getting very close to cancelling my subscription if it doesn't improve.
