5 stars: This app is really good 🤭, but recently they made some changings like adding channels, though I don't really have issue with that but I'll advise you have another page for channels instead of packing everything together with status and making it looks immature. I'll love it more if you people can just have another page for channels, that'll be good

3 stars: Seems like it could be a pretty powerful app for small business communications as a support channel. However some of my connected devices occasionally, spontaneously log out and reconnecting them is a real pain, especially when I'm out of town. They need to make connected devices more stable and make reconnecting remotely a simpler process. It's happened three times now.
3 stars: I like the app. It's amazing. The issue I have is in the catalogue area where items either disappear or recent updates get's to be at the bottom instead of being at the top. I'd appreciate if you look into this. EDIT; My above complaint wasn't addressed. And also, it's now taking ages to verify items on the catalogue. And it's very difficult to navigate statuses because the search icon was removed.
