4 stars: It's a good app, but not really for keeping track of movies and tv shows because you can't see all of your watched content. It'll keep track of what you want to watch, but I'd like to see all of my already watched content as well. A huge corporation like Google should be able to easily add this feature
3 stars: When it works, it's great. I have found it unreliable. I paid for a movie and expected to watch it immediately. It would not load to my smart tv or computer. I ended up watching on my cell. Movie was great but not the same on a tiny screen. I have a subscription to Chicago Fire, which is almost useless because episodes sometimes take weeks to load. Sadly, the frustrations outweigh the value for me.
3 stars: I'm disappointed. The Play Movies & TV app was superior for watching shows. It kept track of where I was in a series, displaying the next episode for me to continue on right on the home page. Now I have to go to the library, shows, search for the season I purchased, then scroll through and find what I think was the episode I left off on (I rewatch series, so they all show as watched with progress on them).
