5 stars: It has to be said, Amazon have become many people's
5 stars: It's great! But I do have a few suggestions. One of them being to add a dark mode UI option. As the light UI can be eye straining at times. Another being some sort of widget that can be put onto the home screen that says the status of a order. Amazon is a great service, but I feel these changes could make it an even better service.
3 stars: Amazon is ok. Biggest issue l have is the subscribe n save. I had a subscription for tea. The price went up and suddenly my address is wrong. Which wasn't. Customer service says cancel and restart. Yeah, and now you can pay $6 more. Very disappointed. Error was on Amazons side so they should have fixed it. Now it will cost me more. I will just buy it at the market. So disappointed!!!
